Resolved - The earlier disruption related to the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) outage has been mitigated, and all Optimove services are currently operational. However, full recovery is still in progress, particularly in processing pipelines and dependent third-party services.

As a result, customers may experience delays in campaign execution and web and app activity processing while backlogs are being cleared.

We are closely monitoring system performance and will continue working to ensure full stability across all components.

Due to the outage Optimove experienced today, our SFTP service was unavailable, which may have impacted the upload of some files. Since daily batches depend on these files, we strongly recommend verifying that all files were uploaded correctly. This will help us ensure proper recovery and allow us to re-run the daily batch if necessary.
